Office AssistantWe are seeking a professional and dependable Office Assistant to manage front desk duties, support daily administrative functions, and assist with seasonal tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:Answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and office suppliesCoordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support event logisticsAssist with document handling (scanning, filing, proofreading, data entry)Manage couriers and general office communicationsSupport the Operations Manager and executive team as neededHelp process and track donations during busy periodsQualifications:2+ years of administrative experience (nonprofit experience is a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and tech skills (Microsoft Office, Dropbox; Asana and Salesforce a plus)Professional presence, positive attitude, and ability to work independentlyComfortable with front desk responsibilities in a business-casual office setting
