Supporting enterprise system operations, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will provide first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, assist with system testing, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance system functionality. Key responsibilities Provide first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, troubleshooting and resolving issues Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements Perform system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate changes and enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related field Exposure to Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred Basic understanding of ERP systems, with a strong willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting tools
