Responsibilities Assist with organizing event schedules, timelines, and preparation tasks. Coordinate event materials, signage, displays, and supplies. Communicate event details and assignments with team members. Support venue preparation, event setup, and post-event breakdown. Help ensure event spaces are organized and ready for attendees. Welcome guests and provide general event information when needed. Monitor supplies and communicate logistical needs to the team. Track assigned responsibilities and help maintain event schedules. Gather feedback and contribute ideas for improving future events. Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and attentive to detail. Ability to work effectively with a team in a changing environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks. Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
