Assistant Manager

Position duties:

• Providing positive, productive culture within restaurant
• Improving daily operations
• Achieving profitability
• Developing and training employees
• Maintaining safety/sanitation standards
• Understanding of profit & loss statement
• Knowledge of FPC, labor, and IFO goals
